Work Day Rejuvenation


Are your legs aching, or your back throbbing during the work day? Try what we like to call the legs-up-a-wall pose!


How to get there you might ask?

  1. Scoot up to the edge of a wall (be careful there are no shelves or wall fixtures that could fall)
  2. Lie down with your bottom touching the wall and the edge of the floor
  3. Extend your legs upwards and rest them on the wall
  4. Stay in the position for a couple of minutes for some rejuvenation!
