“12 years ago I went to the ABC School of Massage Therapy in good ol’ Waco Texas. I knew I wanted to help people heal. Plus it’s the oldest healing art of Massage Therapy and that’s right up my alley.”

What do you consider your specialty modality or stand out area of the body/type of injury you feel you are an expert at addressing? How do you describe your massage/work to others?
“I understand I have a talent for seeking and destroying tension in a relaxing and comforting sort of way. Trigger points beware!”

What brought you to AMC? And what will you bring to the team at AMC?
“I prefer locally owned businesses for almost anything anyway. It seems like a great place for a lighthearted nurturer like myself.”

When you are not massaging, what do you like to do with your time? What do you do to stay healthy?
“I do love a good walk, jog, hike or swim on a nice warm/hot day. Also staying connected with nature as an avid birdwatcher is very high on my list.”
