The 3M Half Marathon is DAYS away! And we are stoked to be there waiting for you all at the finish line. And though most of you are well on your way to tapering off your workouts and getting ready for the big day. We wanted to give a few last minute tips on getting your head in the marathon game.

 

  1. Eat smart.
  2. Get off your feet.
  3. Study the course before you get there.
  4. Carry a water bottle (and hopefully train with it before).
  5. Try NOTHING new.
  6. Reflect.

 

Now get ready for your your big day and ROCK IT!
