How to get there you might ask?
- Scoot up to the edge of a wall (be careful there are no shelves or wall fixtures that could fall)
- Lie down with your bottom touching the wall and the edge of the floor
- Extend your legs upwards and rest them on the wall
- Stay in the position for a couple of minutes for some rejuvenation!
